Replacement for Canada Racquet

  • This is designed for buyers from Canada to apply the conditional lifetime warranty.
  • Conditional life-time warranty for CY racquets: No matter whom a CY racquet was purchased from and how the racquet was broken, please send us the handle with 2 inches of the shaft of the old racquet and pay $29.00 plus shipping/handling fee, you will get a new CY racquet of the same or lower level.
  • As seen from the picture, to save postage, you may send back the handle with 2 inches of shaft. For domestic mailing, it is only about 1.5 dollars postage to send back.
  • Please understand that we do need to get at least a partial old racquet back in order to validate a replacement since each old CY racquet can be used for conditional lifetime warranty.
  • The $29.00 is the current replacement. Once every few years, we may make a small adjustment (increase like $1.00 each time). This is due to cost consideration.
  • The S/H fee for within US is $7.00, but S/H to Canada is $21.00.
  • Buyers from Canada: please just send the small handle with shaft via regular air-mail. It is expensive for you to ship it via delivery comfirmatin or Express mail. Don't worry about the small chance of missing it via air-mail --please simply take a picture and keep the receipt of mailing it via airmail to our place (please email to ask our address). We are willing to trust you under the rare case of missing the handle, as long as you email us the picture of broken racquet and mailing receipt. Shipping the handle via air-mail is only about 1-2 US dollars.
