purchased from us: As long as the head frame is in good conditon,
within 2 months please send us back the racquet and pay $10.00 plus
shipping/handling fee to get another new CY racquet of the same or
lower level.
Conditional life-time warranty for CY racquets: No matter whom a CY
racquet was purchased from and how the racquet was broken, please
send us the handle with 3 inches of the shaft
of the old racquet and pay $30.00 plus shipping/handling fee,
you will get a new CY racquet of the same or lower level.
Conditional life-time warranty for any racquet that was purchased from
us: No matter how the racquet was broken, please send us the old
racquet and information to indicate that the racquet was purchased from
us, and pay $30.00 plus shipping/handling fee, you will get another
new CY racquet of the same or lower level.
